The fastest way to find out whether I can help is to talk. I answer my own messages.
What’s breaking?
- We barely show up in search or AI answers
- The site is slow, or breaks on some devices
- Nobody really looks after our website
- We’re launching something new
- Customers struggle to reach us
- Something else
Prefer email? ezz@ashater.com — any of the above in a sentence is enough. Answered by me, not a team.
Fastest
How every engagement I have taken on actually started. Send a sentence about your situation — that is enough to begin.
If you prefer
Better if you want to send detail up front — a current site, a brief, or a list of what is not working.
Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.
A conversation
Tell me roughly where things stand. No commitment and no pitch — if what you need is outside what I do, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
A Digital Entity Audit
If it looks like a fit: three plain-language trust scores showing how customers, search engines, and AI each see your business today, with the evidence behind each one.
A plan
What to build, what to operate, what it changes, and what it costs. You get the findings whether or not you build with me.
Or write it down here.
If you would rather send detail than open a chat: the same questions a useful first reply needs, in one place. It reaches the same person either way.
What makes a first message easy to answer.
None of this is required — but any of it means my first reply is useful rather than a list of questions.
- Your current website, if you have one.
- What made you look — a specific problem, or a general sense that this should be better.
- Whether anyone currently looks after it, and who owns the domain and hosting.
- What "fixed" would look like to you.
One honest note. I take a small number of engagements at a time, so there are periods when the right answer is that I cannot start soon. If that is the case I will tell you immediately rather than keep you waiting — and I will usually know within one conversation.
